Survey & Feedback

Ten minutes of your time makes the next workshop better.

Post-workshop survey

Please complete the survey before you leave. It is short, anonymous, and it is the main thing that shapes future workshops.

What we would like to know

  • Which section was most useful? Which was hardest to follow?
  • Was the pace right?
  • Did the hands-on case study change how you think about your own data?
  • What would you remove to make room for more of something else?
TipBe blunt

“Module 4 lost me in the first ten minutes” is far more useful than “it was good”. Negative, specific feedback is the most valuable thing you can leave us.

Keeping your work

Your files and rendered notebooks are yours. Before you leave:

  1. Download your working directory.
  2. Keep the data and code from each session — the download links are on the Exercises page.
  3. Install R, RStudio, and Quarto locally — see Installation.

Staying in touch

Bring your own data to the clinic in Hands-On, and keep the contact details from the closing session. The analysis questions that matter usually arrive weeks after the workshop ends.

Thank you

You came to learn how to analyse data. We hope you leave with something more useful: the judgement to know when the data cannot answer the question — and the confidence to say so.
